Rebuilding code and auditconf

It’s a good idea to rebuild the code cache and audit conf.

With everything down, including ddir and ctlr, run:

slibclean

code -destroy
code -create
code -init
code -build

auditconf -destroy
auditconf -create
auditconf -init
auditconf -build
